Independence Day Celebrations at MIS, Omerga
The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor at MIS. on August 15, 2024. The event began with photo pooja and the hoisting of the national flag by the school principal, And founder Sou. Mangal. B. Shinde madam. And secretary Dr. Abhaysinh. Shinde sir chief guest followed by the national anthem.
The students presented a colorful cultural program, which included patriotic songs, dances, speeches. The highlight of the event was a speech by student's who spoke about the significance of independence and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
The Vice principal Shri. Shreeshail Mulge sir addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of unity, equality, and justice. And also encouraged the students to become responsible citizens and contribute to the growth and development of the nation.
The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all.
‘Ashadi Ekadashi’ Celebration - 2024
Ashadhi Ekadashi, the 11th day of the bright phase of Ashadha, also known as Devshayani Ekadashi, marks a time for deep spiritual connection. Celebrated during the Shukla Paksha of Ashadha, this festival heralds the start of Chaturmas, a four-month period when Lord Vishnu is believed to rest.
Following tradition, our school joyously observes Aashadi Ekadashi with a procession involving our cherished students, staff, and management. This year, students from the 3rd and 4th grades delighted everyone with a dance performance. All students participated wearing traditional Warkari costumes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks.

15th September 2023, on Friday, district level chess competition was held at Podar International School, Osmanabad. Mauli International School Umarga participated in this competition. Ayush Abhay Singh Shinde Class-8 was selected at the divisional level. Mangal Baburao Shinde Madam President of KBM. Secretary, Dr. Abhaysinh Shinde sir, all directors, all teaching staff congratulated. And good luck in the future!

National Teacher's Day at Mauli International School Umarga and Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan's Birthday Celebration
Umarga - Dated 5th September 2023, Tuesday, Popular Mauli International School at Umarga city. 'Teacher's Day' was celebrated with great enthusiasm in School. Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was worshipped by Mrs. President of K.B.M. Mangal Shinde Ma'am, Secretary of the Institute Dr. Abhaysinh Shinde Sir, and other teachers were done. Students also congratulated all the teachers by giving bouquets of flowers. Some students gave speech about Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. They expressed their opinions. Also Musical chair competitions were held on this occasion, in which teachers, teachers and other colleagues participated and enjoyed the programme. Dr. Abhaysingh Shinde guided the students on the occasion of Teacher's Day and while explaining the role of a teacher, he said, "A teacher is the mirror of the society. If he does his duty with integrity, he needs to be acknowledged." Mrs. Mangal Shinde Ma'am congratulated all the teachers. Mr. Rathod Sanjeev Sir expressed his experience, while Shri. Sonakwade Ishwar Sir moderated. For the success of this program, all the teachers and other colleagues got valuable support and finally Mrs. Waghmare Bhagirathi Ma'am thanked and ended the programme with the permission of the President.

Guru Purnima, the festival dedicated to spiritual and academic teachers was celebrated in our school at 2.00 p.m. on the 3rd of July 2023. The full moon day in the month of Ashadth of the Hindu calendar is celebrated as guru purnima. This day is also marked to pay our tribute to the great sage Vedavyasa who compiled the Vedas, eighteen puranas, the Mahabharatha and the Brahma Suthras.
The programme was inaugurated by chanting 3 ‘om’ karas followed by the lighting of the lamp by The Chaiman of Mauli International School, Students of Mauli School invoked the divine blessings of the almighty by an invocation song. The welcome address was delivered by Master Ayush A Shinde student of 8th Class. “Guru is inspiration, guru is aspiration”. The teachers chanted guru storm lead by Mr. Dilip Chavan Sir , Teachers of Mauli to offer their salutations to the Lord, their spiritual guru.
The presidential address was delivered by Smt. Mangal B Shinde Madam. She explained vividly the meaning of ‘Guru’ and their role in bringing up the progress in the society. He insisted the teachers to carry out the tradition to their future generation. She instructed the teachers to aspire to be a teacher apart from their working hours. She advised the teachers to follow the ideas said in the lectures and work on it in their own way. The students offered their salutations to their spiritual guru by offering the flowers. Vote of thanks was proposed by Siddhi Mane, Student of class VII of MIS, to all the noble souls who took part in the celebration.

‘Ashadi Ekadashi’ celebration - 28th June, 2023
‘Ashadi Ekadashi’ was celebrated in MAULI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Omerga, with full zest and fervour. The celebrations started with a Prayer Song along with Photo Pooja of Panduranga Vitthal and Gnyaneshwar. The theme of the programme was "Bolava Vithhal Pahava Vithhal". The performances of the day were filled with different shades of celebration. Students performed a dance to the song Vitthal, Vitthal". Boys and girls were dressed as Warkaris in beautiful costumes. Girls carried tulsi plants, and boys held the cymbals, enchanting the name "Lord Vitthal". Mr. Deelip Chavan Sir also shared valuable information about the importance of ‘Ashadi Ekadashi’ and the relevance of ‘Pandharpur Yatra’ for the devotees. The celebration brought a feeling of devotion and spirituality among the students. A Dindi Sohada (Dindi Ceremony) was organized at the school campus.
The Honble Chairman of the Mauli School, Mrs. Mangal B. Shinde, and Director of the School, Dr. Abhaysinh B. Shinde, participated in the puja of Vitthalrukmini, Palkhi, and Dnyaneshwari in the school. All teaching and Non-teaching staff and students were present at the occasion, and the ceremony was celebrated with enthusiasm. The Cultural Committee worked hard for the ceremony, and the programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Smt. Bhagirathi Waghmare.

Today 10th October 2022, in Mauli International School Omerga, We have guest of honour Mr. Parmeshwar Sutar sir, science Teacher, Malang Vidyalay, Omerga. He is member of Rotary club of Omerga, as well as secretary of Sane Guruji Katha Mala Sanghatana, Osmanabad district. Today he gave very informative speech on One of the 42 lessons from the book "Shyamchi Aai". All teaching, Non teaching staff, School trustees and students were present for this program.

On 05-09-2022 Monday, we celebrated Teachers day at our school premise. On this occasion Principal Shinde madam, Vice Principal Mulge sir and teaching and non teaching staff were present. On this day, 8thclass students Jayraj Madge and Aadinath Jadhav hosted an event.
We first performed the photo pooja of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishan. Teacher's were honoured by giving flower by the students to their respective class teacher's.
Student's given speech on this occasion and shared their opinions about each teacher. And all the teachers and students made the program a grand success.

Aashadi Ekadashi - 2022
Our school celebrated "Aashadi Ekadashi Dindi Sohala" at our school premise. On this day, the founder of our school, principal Mrs. Shinde madam and Dr. Abhya Shinde worshiped lord Vitthal. We celebrated it by taking Dindi sohala with the students and by saying slogan on sant Dynaneshawar and sant Tukaram. For this ceremony (Sohala) our teachers conducted some cultural activities like dancing, singing etc. School vice principal Mr. Mulage Shrishail along with assistant teacher Mr.Dilip Chavan, Mr. Atul Parane, Mr. Surywanshi Om, Mr. Tulse Sunil, Mr. Ishwar Gavali, Mr. Dhiraj Ghoge, Mrs. Waghmare Bhagirathi welcomed all the Dindij for "Dindi Sohala". Mrs. Kage Swati, Mrs. Sherkane Varsha, Miss Shewta, Miss Tante Sana and other non teaching staff were present on this day and made this ceremony a grand success.

Guru Purnima Celebrations
As you all know every year we celebrate Guru Purnima in our school. This year too we celebrated Guru Purnima at our school premise. For this celebration all the student from nursery to class VIII brought flowers for the teachers and received blessing from them. At 12.00 PM, all the class leaders along with their team wished teachers and girls from class VIII performed dance on "Gurur Brahma.." shloka in the presence of Principal Mrs. Shinde madam and Vice Principal Mr. Mulge. The dance was very nice. Presence of the teaching and non teaching staff along with students made this event a grand success.

"INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY" at Mauli International School, Omerga
International Day of Yoga is celebrated on June 21 every year. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'yuj' which symbolize - yoga is more than just asanas. The idea of International yoga day was proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 27, 2014. During his speech at the UN General Assembly he stated: 'Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being. Let us work towards adopting an International Yoga Day.'
On this day our school physical teacher Mr. Dilip Chavan sir has conducted various types of Yogasan for the students. Also given a brief uses of doing yoga in our life.
